In this role, you will leverage your deep accounting knowledge and strategic insight to assist growing startups and small businesses in finding the right financial leaders. You’ll work across various high-impact engagements, helping companies shape the future of their financial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to startups and small businesses during the hiring process for key financial roles.
• Utilize your accounting expertise to evaluate and recommend top talent for roles such as CFO, Controller, and Accounting Manager.
• Provide tailored solutions for companies looking to enhance their financial leadership teams.
• Participate in client engagements, ensuring hiring needs align with business goals.

Qualifications:

• CPA or equivalent accounting certification preferred.
• 2+ years of Big 4, public accounting, or general accounting  experience.
• Knowledge of cash-basis accounting, GAAP, US/Canadian tax laws, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of hiring and recruitment in the accounting field.
• Ability to work independently and provide strategic hiring insights to clients.

We are looking for an Engagement Manager to lead client engagements and manage the recruitment process for financial leadership roles. This position requires strong project management skills and a background in recruitment, particularly within the accounting or finance sector. You will oversee the work of Strategic Hiring Consultants and ensure that recruitment strategies meet client needs and industry standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements from initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with client objectives.
• Manage and support Strategic Hiring Consultants in their recruitment efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as a trusted advisor to startups and small businesses during the hiring process for key financial roles.
• Utilize your accounting expertise to evaluate and recommend top talent for roles such as CFO, Controller, and Accounting Manager.
