 A regional accounting firm partnered with us to bring on three Student Fellows to support their tax preparation team during the busy season. Each student was responsible for tasks such as organizing client data, preparing initial tax documents, and conducting basic tax research. Their contribution allowed the firm to manage a higher client volume while keeping operational costs low and meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. In return, the students gained hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and valuable exposure to the intricacies of tax compliance.  

A small audit firm partnered with us to bring on two Student Fellows during a period of high client demand. The students were tasked with supporting the firm’s audit team by performing initial testing, documenting time-consuming procedures, and organizing audit files. Their involvement allowed the firm to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines without increasing their overhead costs. In exchange, the students gained practical audit experience, developed professional skills, and built connections within the industry.
